It’s a rare event when a VP from a large high-tech company visits West

Michigan. It’s even rarer when it’s a last minute change from the CEO.

This year we have John Delk, VP of Workgroup Sales for the Americas at

Novell, Inc. He has held several positions at Novell and prior to that he

served as Vice-President at EDS and Managing Partner at

BearingPoint/KPMG Consullting. We’re thrilled to be able to get him on

such short notice, and Novell proved once again how important the user

community is to them.

Just what you asked for! Several “this is what we’re doing” sessions and

a special “BYOL” (Bring Your Own Laptop) session by Rusty Yonkers.

He’s basing it off a session he had with Laura Chappell, the protocol

Goddess, and it promises to be a fun lab.

else interested in learning the latest on open source initiatives, IT

Infrastructure Library (ITIL), help desk solutions, and Novell’s crossplatform

products. No matter what your IT environment consists of, be it a
